What does the new name represent?
Everway represents more than just a brand - it’s a promise. A promise to continue to innovate, lead with purpose, and deliver the tools that will help everyone unlock their full potential.
This is the beginning of a bold new future for us all. A future where we lead the world in software that transforms the way people across the world understand and are understood.
Why did we choose this name?
A lot of thought and diligence went into choosing our new name. We explored many different routes and landed on Everway as we felt it really encapsulated the idea of there being many ways for individuals to succeed and thrive. It feels unlimited and expansive, nodding both to lifelong support and neuroinclusion. It’s dynamic and we love the unlimited and expansive element. The word ‘ever’ is aspirational in itself - it represents growth, change and evolution.
How will this rebrand impact your mission and purpose?
We have developed a new mission: To provide neurotechnology software that helps everyone learn and live better by optimising their full potential. Our purpose remains unchanged - we want to help everyone to understand and be understood.
Will this affect my current product subscriptions or services?
No, this rebrand will not disrupt your current product subscriptions or services. You can continue to use our tools as you always have, with no changes to access or functionality at this time.
Will URLs, logins, or email addresses change? If so, how will you ensure continuity?
At this time, you should not expect any changes to URLs, logins, or email addresses. If any changes do occur in the future, we will communicate them to you well in advance to ensure a smooth transition.
Are there specific steps we need to take to ensure a smooth transition on our end?
At this point, there is nothing you need to do on your end. We are handling all the necessary updates, and we will keep you informed if anything requires your attention in the future.
Will there be a period of downtime or reduced functionality during the rebrand?
No, you shouldn't experience any downtime. Everything will continue to function as usual.
Product and service
Are there any changes to the products we currently use?
While you won’t experience any immediate changes due to the rebrand, Everway is committed to building on our reputation for creating the best products and tools to support our customers and end users. We do anticipate making continued improvements to our products in the future, always with the goal of serving you better.
Will there be changes to your customer support process or contact information?
There should be no disruption to the current customer support process. We will likely be updating our contact information which will be communicated broadly to our customers and we have taken steps internally to ensure no question goes unanswered.
How do I get help if I have questions about the transition?
If you have any questions about the transition, please reach out to your Account Executive, Customer Success Manager, or your main point of contact. They will be happy to assist you.
Branding updates
When will the new branding be fully implemented across products and materials?
The new name and brand will start to roll out from January 9th, 2025. Our legacy names and branding will be phased out over time. The team is working hard to get everything changed right now. You might see elements of our old brand show up in different places over the next few months as we make this transition.
Will old links, emails, or domains still work, or are there new URLs we should use?
Yes, links, emails and domains will continue to work.
Will the rebrand impact the appearance or functionality of the platforms/tools we use?
The appearance and functionality of the website and tools will remain the same at this time. However, as we continue to enhance and update our products, you may notice slight changes in the future, which we will always communicate to you in advance.
Contracts and billing
Are there changes to billing cycles or invoices under the new name?
For existing customers: There will be no changes to your current billing cycles or invoices.
For new customers / if you are purchasing additional products: Billing cycles and invoices may vary depending on the specific products purchased.
Will my invoices or receipts look different?
Yes, they have been redesigned to reflect our new name and our new brand.
Will contracts signed under the previous company name remain valid?
Yes
Will the rebrand affect the pricing of products or services?
The rebrand will not directly affect pricing. However, as part of our standard practices, we routinely review pricing to ensure it aligns with market trends and continues to meet customer needs.
Are payment methods or processes changing?
Bank accounts and webstores will eventually change. When the time is right, we’ll be sure to communicate any changes to you in advance.

Do we need to sign any updated agreements or terms of service?
We are currently reviewing our Terms and Conditions. This may lead to changes and new signing. This will most likely happen at the time of your contract renewal.
